2.6 Open Affiliate Page
On Affiliate Management > Manage, click on the desired affiliate/IB row or click to the arrow icon on the rightmost of the row.
Click on the Open Affiliate Page. This functionality allows administrators to easily access and oversee all critical aspects of an individual affiliate's account.
Summary tab
Summary tab offers a thorough overview of the affiliate/IB's account, focusing on three main areas: Affiliate Summary, Email Templates, and Reminders
Affiliate Summary with essential details about the affiliate’s account and activity
Assignment Date with the date the affiliate was added to the system
Email (Username) is the affiliate's login email address
Phone & Skype, lists contact information for the affiliate
Country, with affiliate's geographical location
Marketing Methods, by the affiliate to promote (e.g., SEO, Email Marketing)
Compliance Status, displays current compliance with system requirements
Partnership Type, displays type of partnership (e.g., individual, business)
Affiliate Manager, specifics the admin managing the affiliate
Payment Details, displays information on payment cycles, methods, and active deals
Email Templates provides a quick overview of past communications and allows admins to send new emails
View Sent Emails, shows the history of previously sent emails
Send New Email, option to draft new emails using predefined templates or custom messages
Note section helps admins schedule follow-ups and task-related actions for the affiliate/IB
Activity History, observe the historical activity of the affiliate/IB
Add a Reminder (icon), set reminders with specific dates and times for follow-up tasks
Add a Note, add detailed notes about the affiliate and tie them to reminders for efficient task management and distinguished as important
Update Reminder, update the deadline of existing reminders and notes by clicking the calendar icon
Add a Reply , leave replies under the reminder calendar icon for ongoing communications
Details Tab
Details tab captures and allows the management of the affiliate's personal, company, contact, and payment information.
Personal Information stores and edits the affiliate's basic personal details: Full Name, Nickname, Email, Date of Birth, Title (to specify a professional title), Profile Picture.
Company Information for affiliates linked to a business, this section manages corporate data: Company Name, ID of Company Director and Tax Reference Number.
Contact Details managed preferred contact method for the affiliate: Preferred Language, Preferred Contact Method, Existing Contacts, Add Contact Method, Phone, Chat Platform (platform and account ID), Edit Contact Details.
Payment Details for setting up and managing the affiliate's payment preferences: Account Currency, Automatic Payment (enabling/disabling), Payment Threshold (minimum payout amount), Payment Instructions (internal notes for payment), Add Payment Method.
KYP Tab
KYP (Know Your Partner) tab is crucial for verifying the affiliate's registration, compliance, and necessary documentation
User Information displays basic details about the affiliate: Registration Date, Last Update Date, Company and Email, URL (the affiliates URL), Address, Marketing Methods (Marketing strategies e.g., Social Media)
Uploaded Documents where lists all submitted documents for review. It also includes an option to view any rejected documents
Settings Tab
Settings tab there are configuration options for managing affiliate-specific settings, loyalty plans, permissions, and more.
Changeable Affiliate Settings with dropdown options
Affiliate Manager to assign or change the admin responsible for the affiliate
Select Payment Cycle to set the payment frequency (e.g., Monthly, Weekly)
Select Account Status to update the affiliate’s status
Master Affiliate, link the affiliate to a master affiliate if applicable. Establishing the relations between each affiliate and sub-affiliate
Select Partnership Type, defining the partnership nature (e.g., Individual, Business)
Affiliate Tags, add categorization tags for better organization
Sub Affiliates Default Deals, set default deals for sub-affiliates
Affiliate Custom Parameters to create custom parameters to track or personalize affiliate activities. Where you will see Existing Parameters settled for the affiliate, Add Parameters by creating new custom parameters for tracking and Edit Parameters (parameter's name, value, or tracking settings).
Roles and Permissions Selection, to assign predefined roles such as "IBs" or "CPA Affiliates" and determine permissions for affiliate navigation in areas like "Integrations," "Profile," and "Campaign Manager."
Save Roles & Permission button to apply changes.
User Management and Permissions, manage the users linked to the affiliate. Use on the right side of the rows: the Change Username button to edit the information (email, password, etc); and use Reset Affiliate password button to manually reset the password for the specific affiliate.
If you need to change email, you will need to update the password as well.
If the username is not an email (or invalid email) you won't be able to use all the email's functionalities later with this affiliate/IB (like resetting password, welcome emails, template emails, etc)
Activity Tab
Activity tab provides detailed insights into the affiliate's performance metrics over various time periods. It is designed to track and evaluate key indicators:
In a tabular format including, Signups, Qualified FTDs (First-Time Depositors), Deposits (aggregate value of deposits linked to the affiliate), Spread USD (total spread generated by the affiliate’s referred users, expressed in USD), Performance Commission (Main Currency) is the total commission earned in the affiliate’s main account currency.
In a horizontal format, time metrics like: This Week, Last Week, Last 6 Week, This Month, Last Month, Last 6 Months
The Relative Change column highlights percentage changes over time, making it easier to identify growth or decline in specific areas.
For a more intuitive understanding of trends, each metric includes graphical plots. These visualizations help spot patterns, spikes, or dips in activity, offering a clear overview of affiliate performance.
API Tab
API tab facilitates seamless integration between the platform and affiliate systems
Summary of the API Token details related to the selected Affiliate/IB. Where you will find:
API Token Permission enables you to assign specific API-related permissions to the affiliate/IB
API Integration to select what
API Key and expired date, this is sensitive information. It belongs only to the corresponding affiliate/IB. Never expose it publicly
Whitelisted IPs to secure API access and define the range.

Existing API Integrations listed all integrations added for this affiliate/IB

To customize integration’s details for this affiliate/IB, click on the edit action on the rightmost side of the row. A popup window will appear
Check/uncheck Pause API for this affiliate to immediately pause or continue Lead via API created with this Integration

Set on Global Limits a restricted amount of daily and Monthly Leads
Set by Countries a restricted amount of daily and monthly Leads by:
Select countries with the drilldown option (p.e. Argentina)
Click on add country button
Set acronyms of the country (p.e. AR)
Set amount of restricted daily or/and monthly Leads
If any country is selected, all will be approved by default.

Once all settings are selected, click on save to save affiliate API access configuration.
The Integration details, for that specific Affiliate/IB will be visible by clicking on the arrow on the rightmost side of the row

Loyalty Program Tab
Loyalty Program tab allows to assign an existant loyalty plan or manage the conditions for the affiliate.
For a more detailed explanation, refer to section 3.5 Loyalty Program for a better understanding to create and modify Loyalty Programs.

Clicking the Click to set button opens a popup window to assign a Loyatly Program to the desired affiliate
Choose an existing loyalty plan.
Set the effective date (which could be retroactive).
Save changes to set the loyalty plan.

It is possible to overview the Affiliate Loyalty Progress creating a report by a desired range date.

Pixels/Postbacks Tab
Pixels tab allows affiliates to manage and monitor user actions (like sign-ups or deposits) by setting up postback pixels for their campaigns, enabling event tracking and notifications. These pixels act as automated notifications sent from the platform to a specified URL when a particular event occurs.
For a full introduction and detailed explanation of postbacks, refer to section 10.1 Postback Integration.
Shows an overview of all postbacks already configured for the selected affiliate/IBs.

Allow you to set postbacks for the selected affiliate/IB.

The Postback URL should point to the domain where the affiliate will receive the conversion data
The URL Postbacks parameters needed include specific parameters that allow proper attribution of the activity.
Values inside braces {} define the parameters using Track360's naming convention. These placeholders will be dynamically replaced with actual data during postback generation. The value before the equal = is customizable to define how do you want to name the parameter.
Click the Add Postback Pixel button to open the setup window, then complete:
Postback URL is the tracking endpoint.
Trigger Event to select the event (e.g., Singups, FirstDeposits) that activates the pixel.
Traffic Scope to define whether the pixel applies to all campaigns or specific ones.
Example of URL will display a sample URL with placeholders for customization.
System Parameters incorporate parameters like {affid}, {affclickid}, {campaign}, and {offer_id} into the URL for detailed tracking.
In addition, you can add as many parameters as you want with the structure as “&name={parameter}”

Deals Tab
Deals tab provided a list of all existing deals. Click by row on Assign Deal for the ones you wish to be activated to the affiliate. Otherwise, select Unassign Deal to remove the deal from the affiliate's list (without deactivating it).
All assigned deals to be effective must to be applied to a campaign
Apply Deal to All Campaigns button located on top right enables the deal across all campaigns, allowing the affiliate to earn commissions directly. Set the Deal, define the Effective Date (which could be retroactive) and check the corresponding boxes. Then, select Update all Campaigns
Current Affiliate Deals lists all active deals assigned to the affiliate. It is elementary to assign the assigned deals to a campaign (in the Campaign tab)
If there is a current affiliate agreement but it is not added to a campaign, the affiliate is not receiving that agreement.
Assign From Existing Deals lists all existent deals available to assign to the affiliate. Use the upper bar for filtering and searching deals.
Add Deal: Click in order to be presented a pop-up to add a new deal (see Deals section for more details)
View Deal Details by clicking the Deal ID which provides detailed information on qualifying conditions, formulas, and parameters
Campaigns Tab
Campaigns tab for managing and tracking affiliate's marketing campaigns and promotional codes.
All assigned deals to be effective must be applied to a campaign and it is only possible to have activated 1 deal per campaign.
The Campaign list displays the historical and active campaigns. Each column left to right shows:
Campaign ID (unique identifier of the campaign)
Name of the designated campaign
Deal displays the attached deal to the campaign. By clicking on it will show the historical deals associated, both past deals (in grey) as current deals (in green) linked to the campaign.
Change Campaign Deal (gear icon with a pen) allows modification of the campaign’s assigned deal. By clicking the icon you will define the desired deal, the effective date (retroactive or future date), and the option of whether or not to include customers already registered prior to the effective date. Then, update Campaign.
Past Deals displays deal count previously linked to the campaign
Future Deals a summary of upcoming deals tied to the campaign
Use the upper bar to Search Current Affiliate Deals campaigns by name
The Add Campaign button allows you to create a new campaign. The process involves entering the desired Campaign Name and Select Deal to be linked to the campaign. Then, Add new Campaign button
Managing different campaigns allows them to have different referral and client links and differentiate from which campaign they come from, which allows them to analyze later each performance in reports.

Campaign Custom Parameters (gear icon) on the right side of each Campaign Row allow to manage parameters, is allowed to add as many customs parameters as are needed:
View Existing Parameters
Add Parameters to input a new parameter name and the value
Affiliate Tracking Integration (link the custom parameters to affiliate tracking for monitoring purposes)
Edit or Remove Parameters.

The Change Campaign deal allows to select or change the deal to be effective under the desired campaign.
Choose between the deals assigned to the selected affiliate
Set the effective date (which could be retroactive).
If is a rectroactive date chek to include all customers of the affiliate and apply to all.
Save changes to deal be effective for the affilaite.

The Deals History icon allows you to review the hisotrical and future deals assigned to the campaign

On Deals Hisotry window will appear
The exipred deals, in yellow. With the range date was live.
The current deal, in green. The deal currently assignated with the effective date and expiration date if a future deal has been already configured.
The future deal, in white. With the future set date when it will change to be effective.

Promotional Codes area provides tools to Search for a specifics codes and to oversee the list of promotional codes with the:
Code (unique identifier created for the affiliate)
Affiliate ID
Campaign ID
Expiration Date
Override Referral Tracking (indicates if standard referral tracking rules have been overridden)
Creation Date of the promo code.
Edit option (pencil icon), on the right side of the row, to modify existing promo codes
Delete option (trashcan icon), on the right side of the row, to permanently remove a promo code
Create Promo Code button opens a window for creating new promo codes.
Master Commissions Tab
Master Commissions tab with detailed management information of commission structures and payout configurations for a Stacked or Split Commission Deals.
Stacked Structure for master affiliates where additional commissions are earned based on sub-affiliate performance. The sub-affiliate’s earnings remain unaffected and earnings are determined by the particular deals they have assigned.
The list of Master Commissions deals details:
New Master Commission Deal button to create a new stacked commission deal.
Deal Name identifies the deal
Tiers (1-5) displays commission levels and percentages
The Assignment Date identifies the date assigned
Status displays status of deal (e.g., Active)
Effective Date states the date deal was made effective
Expiration displays any expiration information
Clock option (icon) opens a log of modifications to the master commission deal
Edit option (pen icon) allows changes to an existing deal.
New Master Commission Deal button allows to create a new stacked structure deal, filing out the fields:
Currency
Effective Date, retroactive or future date
Desired structured plan as Percentage of Commission, set percentage rates for each tier
CPA Per Customer, defined payouts per customer for each tier
Performance Parameter Formula, advanced setup with detailed formula-driven configurations
Commissions Structures Overrides, allow to set a structure for a specific Sub-Affiliates.
Type of currency
Effective date when the commission deal start to apply (could be retroactive)
Choose the Sub-affiliate to override the commission related structure
Select the commission plan between: Percentage of Commission to split by %, CPA Per Customer to split by certain amounts, or Performance Parameters Formula to set an amount/percentage depending on the parameter formula selected (CloseVolumeLots, FTD, etc)
In order for them to be displayed in the sub-affiliates list they must be previously set on each sub-affiliate Open Page the Master Affiliate (go into this step-by-step under Open Page > Setting tab option). A popup window will appear to fill the details of:
Split Structure where commissions are divided across tiers, starting from 100% at the sub-affiliate level and distributed to higher tiers.
In a Split Master–Sub Affiliate/IB structure, the configuration must be managed under the Master Affiliate/IB’s Open Affiliate/IB page.
The deal that applies is always the Master’s assigned deal or the Loyalty Program linked to that master.
The Master’s deal defines the total commission, and the Sub Affiliate/SubIB receives a percentage of that amount according to the split configuration.

When the commission comes from a sub-affiliate/IB, the Master will be recived the percentage assigned to him. Each tier specifies what percentage of the total commission the sub-affiliate keeps and what percentage passes up to the master. It describes:
Assigned date of the structure shows the date where the structure has been created
Effective date to set the date, retroactive or not for the structure
Description of whether or not sub-Affiliates can see the structure, Tiers, Percentages assigned to each tier
Tiers number of levels of sub-affiliate, being the Tier 0 the Master Affiliate
Percentages of Sub-commission and Master-Commission
Notes (Tiers description) added during the structure creation.
Change the Structure button available to specify the Effective Date when changes take effect and Modify Tiers (add or edit) with defined percentages. Then, Save Changes.
Affiliate Statment Tab
Affiliate Statement tab suggests information of a financial summary of earnings, deductions, and payouts. It Includes yearly statements, rejected transactions, pending commissions, and canceled transactions
Statement Summary tab provides an overview including: Totals and Pending on balance, total commissions and payments; Commission Breakdown with numbers on affiliate commissions, sub-affiliate commissions, and markup; and Time Period Summaries with the performance over the last 6 and 12 months
Detailed Affiliate Statement lists all transactions with filters and download options
Transactions in Progress displays ongoing transactions with relevant details.
Transactions Rejected lists transactions rejected due to criteria mismatches. Includes transaction ID, status, amount, and reasons for rejection
Cancelled Prior to Execution records transactions canceled before execution, with details like creation date, amount, and accounting notes


Invoices tab to manage commission payout invoices
Upload invoices via drag-and-drop or the Upload Invoice button.
Access to the historical invoices for the affiliate account. For each invoice, you can preview, approve or reject, and download it by clicking the respective icon
