3.5 Loyalty Programs

  • On the Sidebar Menu go to Deals > Loyalty Programs

  • The Loyalty Program is a system designed to reward affiliates/IBs for their engagement or performance.

  • The Loyalty Program functions as a deal selector. The deal applied to an affiliate is determined by the level assigned within the loyalty plan.

    • Once a Program is assigned, the affiliate automatically receives the deal linked to their current loyalty level.

    • These programs typically offer tiered rewards based on specific actions or settled criteria, such as generating a certain amount of revenue, reaching performance goals or maintaining a certain level of activity.

  • The Loyalty Programs module allows administrators to manage loyalty plans, create new loyalty plans, and set specific tiers within each plan

Loyalty Programs Management

  • A list of all available loyalty plans will display. This list will show each plan and the affiliate assigned to it, by row:

    • Plan ID: Unique ID given to each Loyalty Program

    • Name: Name assigned to the Loyalty Program

    • Description: Contains a brief description of the Loyalty Program

    • Levels: The number of tiers or levels integrated in the Loyalty Program

    • Created By: Specifies the ID of the creator

    • Created On: Specifies the date the Loyalty Program was created on

    • Modified By: Showcases the ID of who last modified the program

    • Actions: Options to manage Loyalty Programs

  • Manage Tiers icon will redirect you to a page where you can manage the tiers , and here you can modify the tiers of chosen Loyalty Program

  • Edit Plan icon allows you to modify the name and description of the Loyalty Program

  • Delete Plan icon will remove the Loyalty Program

To assign a loyalty plan to an Affiliate/IB, follow the step-by-step guide on 2.6 Open Affiliate Page, subsection Loyalty Program

Add a New Loyalty Plan

  • Click the Add New Plan button on the top right of the screen. A popup window will appear

  • Enter the new plan details

    • Plan Name for the desired Loyalty Program

    • Plan Description

    • Active Toggle on/off for the plan´s status

    • Then, click on Create to save and create new Loyalty Plan

  • Locate on the list the Loyalty Plan desired

  • Click the row or the Edit Plan icon into the right of the row

  • A new window showing the plan details. Click at top right Add New Tier button. A popup window will open.

  • Tier Name: Dedicated name of the tier based on your preference. (e.g., Platinum , Silver.)

  • Tier Description: Brief description containing information about the tier regarding its requirements.

  • Requirements to achieve this Tier: List the requirements to achieve this specific tier. To do so. Click “Add”, and you will be shown a pop-up “Condition Dialog”

    • Condition Name, insert the name of your desired condition (e.g., Signups)

    • Condition Value, insert the target value of the condition (e.g., 100)

    • Period Interval, select the timeframe you want the condition to consist of (e.g., Month , Week)

    • Time Period, select the number you want the period to extend on (e.g., 2 Weeks)

    • Include SubAffiliates Performance, check the box if you want to include your sub-affiliates performance

    • Once you finish setting up all parameters, click Add to save the condition

  • Requirements to Maintain this Tier, list the requirements to maintain this specific tier, if they don't achieve the maintaining conditions they will go to the prior tier. To do so: click Add, and you will be shown a pop-up Condition Dialog

    • Format as same as above (see Requirements to achieve this Tier)

  • Tier Rewards offer different types of rewards. Click “Add”, and you will be shown a pop-up “Reward Dialog”. Reward type could be:

    • Deals: needs to select the Deal to be based on (choose between the list of deals created by you in the deals section); and Deal Description gives a description of the specific deal (e.g., Geo Based)

    • Commission Bonuses: needs to select the Commission Currency and the Currency amount of bonuses you give out (e.g., 300 USD)

    • Gift: contains real gifts like phones , tickets , promo codes. Select the Gift Name (e.g., Flight Tickets) and the Gift Description (e.g., 2 flight tickets to London)

    • Performance Formula: same as how you specify the criteria described above or how you put up formulas in deals; you select the condition name and then define the value. Set up the Condition name (the performance criteria e.g., signups, CPAs); and Value associated with the condition; also check the Subtract Subaffiliate Commissions to indicate that sub-affiliate commissions should be excluded. This is if you want his subaffiliates commission deducted from this award

    • Commission Factor: to set the Type and the Value of the factor; also check the Subtract Subaffiliate Commissions to indicate that sub-affiliate commissions should be excluded. This is if you want his subaffiliates commission deducted from this award

  • After adding all the tiers, the Loyalty Program will have an overview table of all tiers and all details. On the side of each Tier/Level, you will find:

    • Edit icon (pencil) is used to modify. Will open the Condition Dialogue or Reward Dialogue, where you can change the settings, values, or type of the current condition or reward.

    • Delete Icon (trashcan) is used to remove the current condition, reward, or specified criteria. It completely removes the selected item from the tier settings
