# 4.3 Reports

* Navigate by the **left Sidebar Menu** and click on the **Reports**

* Select the **Report Type** on the Sidebar Menu:
  * Master Commission Report
  * Affiliate and SubCustomers Report&#x20;
  * Sub Affiliate Customers Report
  * Leads (by Customer Activity type) Report
  * Affiliate Details Report
  * Clicks Report
  * Leads via API Report
  * Sub Affiliates Report
  * Affiliate Transactions Report
  * Affiliate Transactions Summary Report
  * Postbacks Report
  * Transactions Report
  * Deal Report
  * DailyPnl Report
* Select the desired **date range**
* **Run** Report&#x20;

### **Master Commissions Report**&#x20;

* **Master Commissions Performance Report** displays the commissions earned by master affiliates through their sub-affiliates, shows the amount of the commission and data like subaffiliate (names, tier levels)
* Navigate by the **left Sidebar Menu** and click on the **Data Reports > Master Commissions**

### **Affiliate and SubCustomers Report** <a href="#affiliate-and-subcustomers-performance" id="affiliate-and-subcustomers-performance"></a>

* **Affiliate and SubCustomers Report** shows data of each customer and their affiliate associated with the performance and movements done by each customer.
* Navigate by the **left Sidebar Menu** and click on the **Data Reports > AffAndSubsCustomers**

### **Sub-affiliate Customers Report** <a href="#sub-affiliate-and-subcustomers-performance" id="sub-affiliate-and-subcustomers-performance"></a>

* **Sub-affiliate Customers Report** shows data of each customer and their subaffiliate associated with the performance and movements done by each customer.
* Navigate by the **left Sidebar Menu** and click on the **Data Reports > SubAffiliatesCustomers**

### **Leads Report** <a href="#leads-performance" id="leads-performance"></a>

* **Leads Report** provides insights into the number and details of leads associated by affiliates, landing pages or deals, helping to measure lead generation efforts
* Navigate by the **left Sidebar Menu** and click on the **Data Reports > Leads**

* It is mandatory to select a Customer Activity Kind filter to run Leads Report based on registrations or first deposits
  * Open Filter button
  * Select a Customer Activity
  * Apply Filters and Run report

* **Affiliate Details Data Report** displays detailed information for each affiliate, such as affiliate’s personal information, payouts, country.
* Navigate by the **left Sidebar Menu** and click on the **Data Reports > Affiliate Details Performance**

### **Clicks Report**&#x20;

* **Clicks report** is a comprehensive tool for analyzing click data generated by affiliates, campaigns, and other tracked sources. It provides essential insights into engagement and traffic driven by affiliates, offering a detailed view of click patterns, sources, and traffic quality. By identifying which affiliates or campaigns generate the most clicks and tracking trends, users can optimize strategies and enhance performance.
* Navigate by the **left Sidebar Menu** and click on the **Reports > Data Reports > Clicks**

### **Leads Via API**

* **Leads Via API Report** monitor and manage leads generated through API integrations, offering valuable insights for affiliates and marketers to assess campaign performance and refine strategies. This report displays lead data submitted through the API, providing essential details about each lead generated.&#x20;
* Navigate by the **left Sidebar Menu** and click on the **Reports > Data Reports > Leads via API**
* Especially useful for platforms that gather leads (such as sign-ups or registrations) via affiliate referrals or third-party integrations, allowing users to track, evaluate, and optimize the quality and source of these leads

* Navigate by the **left Sidebar Menu** and click on the **Reports**&#x20;

* Report particularly valuable in multi-tier affiliate programs, where primary affiliates manage their own network of sub-affiliates

* Navigate by the **left Sidebar Menu** and click on the **Reports > Data Reports > Affiliate Transactions**

### **Affiliate Transactions Summary Report**

* **Affiliate Transactions Summary Report** provides a view of financial transactions with affiliates over a selected period. Instead of listing individual transactions, it presents aggregated totals of commissions, bonuses, and other payments. This report helps users quickly assess overall affiliate payouts, track total spending on rewards, and identify broader trends in affiliate compensation&#x20;
* Navigate by the **left Sidebar Menu** and click on the **Reports > Data Reports > Affiliate Transactions Summary**

### **Postbacks Report**

* **Postbacks Report** tracks the postback URL’s sent to affiliates for events like conversions or installs. It helps users verify whether postbacks were successfully delivered, ensuring affiliates receive accurate updates on credited actions. This feature is essential for tracking affiliate transactions, managing conversions, and maintaining transparency in recorded customer actions and earnings.&#x20;

### **Deal Report**&#x20;

* **Deal Performance Report** helps you analyze the performance of the deals with their characteristics associated with corresponding affiliates, the volume close and the performance metrics.
* Navigate by the **left Sidebar Menu** and click on the **Data Reports > Deal**&#x20;

### **DailyPnl Performance**

* **DailyPnl Performance Report** shows daily profit and loss data, giving insights into the customer’s movements activities with the associated affiliate and the detailed information of profit and loss (like date, balance)&#x20;
* Navigate by the **left Sidebar Menu** and click on the **Data Reports > DailyPnl**
