6.1 Themes and Theme Categories

  • Themes are used to organize promotional content in a way that helps affiliates quickly find materials relevant to their target.

  • To structure this effectively exists Theme Categories and Themes. Theme Categories can be thought of as large folders that group related content types and inside each Theme Category (folder), there are specific Themes (like subfolders) that are linked to each other as topics of the Theme Category. E.g., Theme Category Crypto and Themes Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc; Theme Category Holidays and Themes Christmas, New Year, etc.

  • This structure ensures that affiliates can easily browse and select content tailored to their campaigns.

For banners, the affiliates will have available just the latest banner uploaded under that specific Theme

  • If the original theme is not available for the marketing tool, the system searches:

    • For an alternate theme in the same category

    • If none, it defaults to the landing page from the link

Manage Themes Categories

  • Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Marketing Tools > Manage Theme Categories

  • Use the Search bar at the top to look up with particular words.

  • The Theme Categories Panel shows the list of the existing Categories Theme. Select the rightmost icon of each row to modify the desired Category.

  • Select the Add Theme Category button on the top right corner. A popup window will appear to set:

    • Name of the Category

    • Product selection

    • The available roles to look for this theme

    • Check the Enabled box to make the new category available for using

    • Save the configuration

Manage Themes for a Theme Category

  • Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Marketing Tools > Manage Themes

  • Use the Search bar at the top to look up with particular words.

  • The Theme Panel shows the list of the existing Categories Theme.

    • For Edition, select the rightmost icon of each row to modify the desired Category.
