8.1 SMTP Configuration

  • SMTP Configuration Email establishes the email settings to send automated emails directly from the platform. It is important to test it to make sure it is working properly

If SMTP is not correctly configured, all the system emails (such as welcome email, reset password) wont be sent. Do not change SMTP configuration without contacting Support Team Members

  • Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Emails > SMTP Settings

  • It is important to always test it to make sure they are working properly

  • Configure your credentials, email address and password. Then, click on Save the updates

  • Make sure a proper SMTP configuration was done

  • Use the drill down box on bottom to select if you want to receive or not a copy of Emails Sent to Affiliates
