5.6 Configuration Settings

Global Settings

  • Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Settings > General Settings

  • Overview all Global Settings related to the company, default configurations and expiration dates:

    • System Currency

    • Tenant Folder

    • Default Campaign Name

    • Related to API: Events Postback API Key, days of API Token expiration

    • Days of Contact Expiration

    • Business Unit for extra key in affiliate tags

    • Default star day for symbols and reports

    • SQL Server detailed the server connection established

Geographic Location Settings

  • Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Settings > Country States / Geo Groups / Language / Currency

  • Overview, in these different sections, all the geographic locations and languages available

    • Use the Add Country State / Add Geo Group / Add Language / Add Currency button on the right top to add a new option for the desired section

    • Detail the Name and Description of the new option and then Save

Customer Attributes Settings

  • Customer Attributes to manage specific customer data options for the drill-down boxes. It enables the creation of custom attributes options (like StatusId or SalesStatusId), which help categorize based on their activity or engagement

  • Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Settings > Customer Attributes

  • Select with the drill down box on the top bar, the List Type option desired to analyze

  • Overview the available options under the Field Type

Global Lists Management Settings

  • Global Lists Management to manage standardized lists used across the platform (such as Customer Types, Marketing Methods, or Affiliate Tags). These global lists ensure consistency in how data is categorized and used across different modules for better organization and filtering.

  • Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Settings > Global Lists Management

  • Select with the drill down box on the top bar, the List Type option desired to analyze.

  • Overview the available options under the Field Type:

    • Use the Edition option (Pencil Icon) for the desired option to be modified.

    • Use the Delete option (trashcan Icon) for the desired option to be deleted.

    • Use the Add Method / Type button on the top right corner to add another option.

Performance Parameters Settings

  • Performance Params list all the available parameters of the platform and the meaning of each one or formula description

  • Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Settings > Performance Params

  • Overview all the available parameters on the platform (p.e. available to use on the conditionals deals) and the description of each one.

    • Use the Edition option (Pencil Icon) for the desired option to be modified.

    • Use the Delete option (trashcan Icon) for the desired option to be deleted.

    • Use the Add Performance Param button on the top right corner to add another option.

    • Use the Download button on the top right corner to download all parameters.

Payment Methods

  • Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Settings > Payment Methods

  • Overview all the available payment methods on the platform (p.e. available to use on the conditionals deals) and the description of each one.

    • Use the Edition option (Pencil Icon) for the desired option to be modified.

    • Use the Delete option (trashcan Icon) for the desired option to be deleted.

    • Use the Add Payment Method button on the top right corner to add another option.

    • Use the Download button on the top right corner to download all payment methods.

If you disable a payment method it will not be an option for affiliates configuration of payment methods

Office Whitelist IPs

  • Overview all the available IP Addresses on the platform and the description of each one

  • Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Settings > Office Whitelist IPs

    • Use the Edition option (Pencil Icon) for the desired option to be modified.

    • Use the Delete option (trashcan Icon) for the desired option to be deleted.

    • Use the Add IP Address button on the top right corner to add another option.

    • Use the Download button on the top right corner to download all IPs Addresses

Partition Management

  • The Partition Management helps to analyze the classification categories used to group related data. Each partition has several subgroups, named as groups

  • Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Settings > Partitions Management

  • Go to the Partition section to overview the list of partitions, (p.e. Symbol Category) detailing whether each is available as a filter (filter group, drill down option and column report) as well as the details of the category groups

  • If it is available as a filter (filter group, drill down option and column report) and the available groups of the category.

    • Use the Partition Value box to add a new group to the specified category.

    • Use the Delete option (trashcan Icon) for the desired option to be deleted on the category.

  • Go to the Partition Values section. Select on the top right corner the partition to analyze.

    • A Partition Groups Mapped Values List will show all groups of the selected Partition, with the possibility to set the partition value for each one (p.e for the Crypto group, mapped values as BTC, ETH, etc)

  • Go to the Records Configs section.

    • Use the top right corner drill down option to select the Configuration Type
