5.1 Manage Employees

  • Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Organization > Manage Employees

Search & Edit

  • On the Manage Employees Panel use the different tools:

    • Search by specific information of the Employee (e.g., Id Number, Name, Email). You have the option to check or not the Exact Match box condition.

    • Choose by the drill down box between All Employees, Active Employees, Show Retired Employees, Locked due to inactivity

    • The Download icon on the rightmost of the Upperbar allows you to download the list of employees.

New User/Employee

  • Click on the Add Employee button on the top right side. A popup window will appear

  • Fill up the details for the new employee:

    • Employee personal information: Mail, Full Name and Password.

    • Business Unit and Department to assign the employee to. Where the Business Unit will determine a predeterminated view and access

    • Assign a Direct Manager and Role for the employee to define the manager’s access level and responsibilities. The selected Role provides to the new user with a determinate access for the platform depending on the level of that role (e.g., Superadmin, Affiliate Manager, SubAffiliate).

    • Save button to add the employee

Modify an Existing User/Employee

  • On the Manage Employees Panel, use the Edition option (pencil icon) on the right side of each row to modify the desired Employee.

  • Modify the Employee Information: Personal Information and Profile Picture

  • Modify Employee Details such as Brands, Business Unit and geographic information, Manager and allowance for the sign-in and user management. Also, there is the possibility to check and overview the data of the sub-employees of the selected employee

  • Overview the List of Employees Managed by the selected Employee. If the designated User does not manage other Employees the window will display “This employee does not manage anyone”.

  • Modify Inactivate Employee, used to before inactivating the employee to migrate their managed employees to another user or, check the box to directly move the employees to the Manager of the selected Employee.

  • Modify the Access Control, to change the Roles and Permission already designated

Change User’s Password

  • One way as a manager: Navigate into Organization > Manage Employees. Use the Edition option (pencil icon) on the right side of each row to modify the desired Employee.

  • Change Password tab where you will be able to change to a new password

  • Another way as a user: under the login page (yourdomain.track360.io) click the Forgot Password? button to reset the password.
