5.7 Advertising & Product Configuration
Changes made in this section will affect the entire format and configuration of your platform. Please proceed with caution.
For modifications or additions to specific settings on Advertisers or Products, contact your Support Team Members to ensure proper handling and avoid unintended changes.
Advertisers
Advertisers whether your company or other entities can manage affiliate marketing through the platform.
Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Settings > Advertisers & Products > Advertisers
Use the Filter bar on top of the Advertisers Management to Search:
By Advertiser ID or Name
By Status
By Verticals (as industries or market segment)
Set the amount of advertisers to list.
The Advertisers Panel will describe:
Set a Priority number
Advertiser ID and Name
Company Name
Location
Status of the Advertiser (active, inactive or all)
Vertical (industry sector)
Latest Updated date
Use the Edit Icon on the rightmost of the desired row to modify the characteristics of the advertiser.
Using the Add Caps / Set Caps button per row, you can set limit constraint Parameters to the desired Offer. A popup window will appear:
Add Parameter clicking on the plus icon on the top right corner of the window
Choose the Performance Parameter.
Choose the Cap Period between Daily, Weekly, Monthly and All time
Determine the Cap value
Click on Add Cap
Once saved, use the Edit button to edit the Parameter or the Delete Button to delete it

Use the New Advertiser icon on the top right corner and a popup window will appear to set the new parameters
Name of the advertiser
Select on the drill down box of Verticals the related industries that the advertiser applied.
If the advertiser is or not Active
Set a Priority
Company Name
Add a Description of the advertiser
Related Website
Set the Countries where applied. Also possible to add State and more Geographic information.
Use the Download Advertisers icon on the top right corner to download the available Advertisers on a compatible JSON File
Products
Create Products as URLs or offers which affiliates will promote.Used for affiliates referring to other affiliates (master-subaffiliate structures). They act as the core promotional items to create marketing tools for affiliates, tied to specific campaigns, landing pages, or deals
Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Settings > Advertisers & Products > Products
Use the Filter bar on top of the Advertisers Management to Search:
By Product ID or Name
By Advertiser
By Status
By Verticals (as industries or market segment)
Set the amount of advertisers to list

If a Default Deal is settled
Status of the Product (active, paused or deleted)
If the Product is or not Private
Date of Product creation
Edit option (pencil icon) to edit the desired Product
Delete option (trashcan icon) to delete the desired Product
Use the New Product icon on the top right corner and a popup window will appear to set the new parameters
Complete the Product Settings tab with the general details of the new Product
Name
Advertiser reference.
Description of the new product
Vertical, with all relevant industries where the product applies
Set a deal
Status of the Product (active, paused or deleted)
Set a Priority
External ID, in case is necessary integration with an external system.
Target URL Terms to determine a keyword to refer an URL without product to this specific product.
Select Landing Pages patterns and a Landing Page fallback default ID
Choose if the Product is or not Private
Complete the Product Urls & tracking patterns tab with specifications of URLs and the Languages and Product
Determinate Language (initials) to redirect to a specific URL
Determinate Pattern names (as Home Page, VIP Page, etc) and design a pattern to assign the tracking variable
Complete the APIs input/output tab with specifications of URLs and the Languages and Product
Determinate Product APIs to integrate the affiliate program with external CRMs.
Determinate Product ETLs Configuration to integrate the advertiser data structure to the platform.
Refer a friend
Refer a Friend is a link for customers referring to new customers. The program works similarly to affiliate programs
Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Settings > Advertisers & Products > Refer a Friend
Includes encryption, deal structure, and unique referral URL
On the Refer a Friend Settings you will find enlisted the available links, which details:
Product ID related
Refer Affiliate ID
Default Refer a Friend Deal
URL
Use the Edit option (pencil icon) on the right side of the row to edit the link and details
Use the Edit the Code option (<> icon) on the right side of the row to modify the link adding:
The HTML to use it in external system
Change the Customer ID and Encrypted Customer ID
Change the Language
Use the Delete option (trashcan icon) on the right side of the row to delete the selected referral link.
Use the Add Refer a Friend to Product button to create a new link associated with a particular Product. A popup window will appear to set:
Associated Product
Affiliate Related
Default Refer a Friend Deal
URL
Encryption Method, selecting a product for which you would like to set refer a friend
