9.1 Balance Transactions
Manage Balance Transactions
Use Balance Transactions to view and manage all financial records related to affiliates/IBs, including such as commissions earned by affiliates or sub-affiliates, payments made, manual adjustments
Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Finance > Management
Find and Filter Balance Transactions by:
Type deciding on the sort of transaction (e.g., commission or payment).
Period selecting a period type (e.g., monthly or weekly).
Status sorting by the status of the transaction (e.g., Executed, Rejected).
Affiliate IDs entering the ID to search for a particular affiliate.

Selecting the Show more filters options will offer more in-depth information:
Created From / To, selecting a specific date a transaction has been made from / to.
Executed From / To, choosing a particular date a transaction has been executed from / to.
Accounting From / To, picking a certain date a transaction has been accounting from / to.
Use the Reset filters button in case you want to reset filters to default.
Use the Search button initiates the search with the desired filters.
The Balance Transaction list results:
Id: A unique transaction identification number.
Type: The type of transaction (e.g., commission).
Commission Type: Indicates the type of commission, if any.
Period Type: Indicates the type of period (Monthly, for example).
Created On: The date on which the transaction was made.
Accounting Date: The transaction's accounting date.
Status: The transaction's present state (e.g., Executed, Pending).
Executed On: The specific day on which the transaction was executed on.
Affiliate ID: The affiliate's ID associated with the transaction.
Amount: The entire sum of the transaction.
Affiliate Risk Level: The affiliate's assigned risk level, (e.g., LowRisk).
Affiliate Trust Level : The affiliate's assigned level of trust (e.g., Trusted).
Actions: Among the available actions you can do on a transaction is the possibility to Cancel a desired one by row
The Download button designated to download the data shown in Balance Transaction Results
On the Balance Transaction List, Use on the desired balance the Editor (Pen Icon) to change either the accounting date or the executed date of the transaction
Create a New Balance Transaction
Select the Create new Transaction button on the top right corner. A popup window will appear:
Prepayment tab, to create a prepayment to an affiliate:
Search Affiliate, to select the affiliate you want to make the transaction on
Amount of the prepayment
Due Date, to indicate when the payment is due
Accounting Date, to set the date on which the payment was accounted
Comment, with any pertinent information
Adjustment Debit tab, will adjust the balance. Use it to create an adjustment debit transaction made to an affiliate:
Search Affiliate, to select the affiliate you want to process the adjustment debit.
Amount of the transaction
Commission Type, to indicate the type of commission impacted by debit (e.g., Affiliate Commission)
Accounting Date, to set the date on which the debit adjustment was processed
Comment, with any pertinent information
Adjustment Credit tab, to create an adjustment credit transaction made to an affiliate:
Search Affiliate, to select the affiliate you want to process the adjustment credit.
Amount of the transaction
Commission Type, to indicate the type of commission impacted by credit (e.g., Markup Commission)
Accounting Date, to set the date on which the credit adjustment was processed
Comment, with any pertinent information
All transactions consisting of Prepayment, Adjustment Debit or Credit will only be executed at the AdHoc payments section. This section can be found in the Finance tool , under the Payment Execution category
Cancel an existing payments
Once a Prepayment is created (go to Create New Transaction for the explanation), it will ll appear in the list as a new row with the status PendingExecution.
To execute the payment, navigate into Payments Execution > Ad Hoc Payments
Select the row of the desired prepayment and click Execute
Once executed, the payment will update to Executed status.
The row will be highlighted in green.
On Finance > Management, the corresponding balance row will now display the status as Executed, and the Cancel button will be available.
Navigate into Finance > Management
Click Cancel and a popup window will show up to complete the required details
Set the Accounting Date with the specific date to account for the cancellation
Money Return Date Indicating when the funds are expected to return
Transaction Reference if you want to add a reference
Comment inn order to leave a comment about the request
A new row will appear with the type CanceledPayment
